“I love makeup by Mario’s highlighter. I use the color opal. It’s got a lot of shimmer to it, but isn’t overwhelming as a color. It’s got staying power too . I don’t use primer or setting spray or any of that, but the highlighter lasts! It’s a powder highlighter.”
